11th Circuit won't rule on Alabama-Georgia immigration laws until after Supreme Court rules on Arizona

ATLANTA, Georgia -- The three-judge appeals court panel hearing the Alabama and Georgia immigration cases today in Atlanta said it would not issue a ruling on either until the Supreme Court decides the Arizona immigration law case, which is to be argued April 25.
The roughly three hours of proceedings before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals featured arguments from the Justice Department, the State of Alabama and plaintiffs groups challenging the far-reaching immigration laws. Full Story
